WELCOME TO THE WHILE I WAIT EXPERIENCE™
January 16–18, 2027
An intimate retreat intentionally limited to 12 women.
I caught myself thinking the other day...
Waiting has a way of making us believe nothing is happening.
We pray.
We hope.
We keep showing up.
And somewhere along the way, we begin measuring our lives by what hasn't happened yet.
But I'm realizing something different.
Waiting has never meant God stopped working.
It doesn't mean you've stopped becoming.
There is still work to be done.
Not hustle.
Not pressure.
Not performance.
But the quiet, intentional work that prepares your heart for what's next.
That's why I created The While I Wait Experience™.
This Retreat Is For You If...
You've been carrying dreams that haven't happened yet.
You've been faithfully showing up, even when the answers haven't come.
You've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to simply be cared for.
You've been building while becoming.
And you're longing for a room where you don't have to explain your waiting season because everyone understands it.
If that's you...
I believe there's a place for you here.
What We'll Experience Together
Over three days, we'll slow down enough to hear ourselves again.
We'll create.
We'll reflect.
We'll pray.
We'll laugh.
We'll share meals.
We'll have honest conversations.
We'll leave with more than pictures.
We'll leave with perspective.
Saturday
Welcome to the room.
You'll arrive to refreshments and a curated Bloom Bar experience where you'll create your own bouquet.
Later that evening, we'll gather for Painting While We Wait, reminding ourselves that creativity doesn't stop just because life feels uncertain.
Sunday
The heart of the retreat.
We'll spend the day reflecting, journaling, creating prayer boards, sharing conversations, and encouraging one another.
No pretending.
No pressure.
Just women making room for God to meet them exactly where they are.
Monday
Carry it home.
We'll close our weekend together over brunch.
Not because our becoming is finished...
But because we've been reminded that even in the waiting...
There is still work to be done.

Why Only Twelve Women?
Because this isn't meant to be a conference.
It's meant to be a conversation.
A room where every woman is known.
A room where every story matters.
A room where strangers become sisters.
Sometimes healing doesn't happen in a crowd.
Sometimes it happens around a table.
A Note From Somalia
I didn't create this retreat because I have everything figured out.
I created it because I'm still becoming too.
I know what it feels like to carry a vision while waiting for the next chapter.
To keep showing up when the timeline doesn't make sense.
To wonder if anyone else feels the same way.
This retreat isn't about arriving.
It's about remembering that God is still working—even in the waiting.
If you've been looking for a room where you can exhale, reflect, and reconnect with what He's been doing in your life all along...
I'd love to welcome you.
There is still work to be done.
I'll save you a place.

What to Expect
THE WHILE I WAIT EXPERIENCE™
Stop waiting. Start becoming.
January 16–18, 2027
You’ve been doing everything you’re supposed to do.
Showing up.
Holding it together.
Figuring it out as you go.
But something still feels… off.
Not wrong.
Just unfinished.
Like you’re in between versions of yourself.
This is what a waiting season actually feels like.
Not stuck.
Not lost.
Just… in between.
And the truth is—
most people waste this season trying to rush out of it.
But what if this season isn’t meant to be rushed?
What if it’s meant to be used?
